Vacation rentals with a patio in Japanese's Island

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

Spacious place and in a great location, cross the street and get to the beach. Beautiful penthouse and great for spending time. Host with quick responses and always willing. I liked it and recommend it, see you next time!

New and clean apartment, exactly matches the photos of the listing. New clean and quality bedding, bath, cookware and barbecue utensils. Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. The apartment is wonderful, close to everything, close to the best beaches. Just one detail that I think is nice to mention to avoid any headaches is that the apartment's parking space is small and does not fit large cars. Otherwise, the hosting was perfect. Extremely attentive hosts. I would definitely come back.

The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The description is accurate, the location is good and quiet, the house is comfortable. I would just add an air conditioner to the 2nd bedroom. There are facilities nearby to buy basic things, the beaches are 15-20 min away by car. We were 3 adults and 2 children and we were comfortable. Thales was attentive and always answered. We would definitely go back to this stay.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The house is absolutely charming and was spotless when we arrived. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, which made us very happy. The host, Amanda, and her husband were extremely attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We felt very comfortable the whole time. I had an excellent experience at Marcos' residence! The house is very comfortable, clean and well organized, with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay. Marcos responded quickly to the messages and made himself available. The location is a bit far from the beach, about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the beach. I suggested the option of placing a larger capacity coffee bottle and Marcos would arrange it. I definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again!"

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, contains everything the guest needs, I felt at home. The condominio has a very large pool, a gym and is close to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely go back! Ah and Paula is very kind and made us very comfortable.
