Farmhouse in the middle of a wild garden

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the natural park Jistebnická vrchovina. Previously, there was a farmhouse with only stables and nesting swallows. Around the cottage is a large natural garden that we partially use as an ornate garden. On one side the garden is finished with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, on the other side it passes into an open landscape. A cat lives in the garden and in the house and in the yard of a chicken.

The house is located in a nice historical part of Benešov and is spacious enough for family or a group of friends. The smaller garden is perfect for evening BBQ and offers impeccable peace and privacy. The house has a main living room with a walk-through kitchen and dining room and access to the garden. On the lower floor there is the first of the bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a work area and two rooms. There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.

For those who need to work, there is Wifi and a work space at the table in the living room or outside on the terrace. The cottage has electricity, a flush toilet and drinking water.

The surroundings are full of interesting and pleasant things, Lipnice nad Sázavou castle,quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself during the day under a solar shower and relax in a hamac overlooking the sunset.
