Everything that you need was at the house. Dishes, silverware, pots,pans, bowls, towels, cutting board,etc. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Loved being able to walk down the steps to the dock to fish. Took the paddle boat out and fished off of it. House and location was as expected. Quiet, peaceful area that was nice to walk in. Loved having a washer and dryer. Nice wood for a fire outside. It was a nice, quiet getaway for people who enjoy nature, fishing, and just relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay! Adam was very helpful if we had any questions.

We are a XI Zeta Sigma women group from Ackley, IA. This was a great house for our group! We enjoyed shopping and the Brewing Co along with shopping in surrounding communities! Had good intentions of utilizing the walking path but never fit into our busy schedule. Some of the gals brought out their younger self and brushed up on Pac Man!

We stayed a lovely few days in Kathleen’s house. The house was spotless (very clean), there were lots of fabulous touches that drew all the decor together, and many little instructions around the house to help us acclimate to the home and area quickly. There was plenty of seating throughout, and several complimentary items like snacks, soaps, etc. The house was also very QUIET. The perfect little getaway if you need to get some focus time or mediation time to yourself. There’s lots of shopping and restaurants within a short drive, and several DoorDash options available if you’re too comfortable to want to venture out. The neighborhood is very walkable. Safe and quiet. We enjoyed several walks with our dogs during our stay and saw many neighbors out doing the same. We hope to stay here again in the future. ❤️

This was our second time at Kris’ and we have been very pleased with each stay. The price is great, it is a beautiful building in a great location, the bed is so comfortable and you can’t beat the river view! Kris is always very helpful and super attentive. It’s a little inconvenient right now with the bridge out, but is a short, scenic drive to the other side of Waverly. The only thing, I wish I’d had that I didn’t was a full length mirror. Not a big deal. We always try to stay at Kris’ place when we are in Waverly to see our son at Wartburg.

We have stayed in three homes in this neighborhood and this one is the best.

This is the 3rd time we have sayed at Kim's place, and we will book again the next time we need a place to stay in Cedar Falls with a larger group. We love the kitchen/dining room area for gathering together.

Kade’s place is nestled in tranquil farm country. It was incredibly peaceful and the pond was beautiful. The house is spacious with comfortable places to talk and relax. I really loved the incredible stonework in the downstairs space. Great place to getaway with family or friends!

Kathy was the perfect hostess! Her place was warm and cozy and a great location for anywhere in Marin City. Beautiful surroundings with wildlife. Place was clean and warm during the cold weather we were having. Thank you Kathy for a wonderful experience!! Deb
