(4+2) The cottage has electricity and running water from a well. Wood-burning sauna and shower. In the yard area, there is a private hot tub (use for an additional fee) and a barbecue hut, as well as a neat outdoor toilet. Old rowing boat available.

The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

The waterfront is the Vanaja waterway extending from Hämeenlinna to Tampere (length about 80 km ). Nearby, 7 km (10 min) is the famous Aulanko Nature Preserve. This national monument houses a golf-course and spa. One of the main tourist attractions of southern Finland, is the Medieval Hame castle, constructed in the 13th century. It is 12 km (15 minutes) from the venue.

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Ask for a boat, use of the boat dock, sauna and laundry room separately. Boat and boat dock at an additional cost - 1x sauna shift and 1x laundry room included if available.
