High-quality Puustelli kitchen with a direct view of the dining area. With a separate entrance a warm storage room. Carport for 2 cars and warm outdoor storage. Finished yard and 50m2 terrace.

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.
