Open concept house, gourmet space, two swimming pools, one with a bar and a soccer field. Accommodation for 12 people, 10 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bathrooms, one inside the house and 2 outside the house. Pots, bowls, plates, water glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are provided for guests to use.

The house offers different experiences throughout the seasons. In the winter, you can enjoy the wood stove for cooking and heating the balcony when friends gather. In the summer, everyone can enjoy the pool and have a barbecue in style. The house is cozy, ventilated and super clean!

A pleasant and cozy house, among the mountains in Serra da Mantiqueira, surrounded by its exuberance and diversity of birds: toucans, woodpeckers, quero-quero birds and many hummingbirds. The house is located in the Parque dos Ipês allotment, which has this name because there are many ipês. At the time of its flowering, we are surprised by this beautiful spectacle. There are great restaurants and cafes in the city. For those who like shopping, the city is 6 km from Serra Negra.

Paraíso da Serra

With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.
