Country kitchen on the balcony, with a wood stove and oven, an industrial stove overlooking the forest rich in birdlife, a table with a chair, armchairs and an outdoor sofa. It is a 7,000 m² farm integrated with nature overlooking one of the waterfalls of the Jaguari River, perfect for rest on weekends and holidays. Open concept house, gourmet space, two swimming pools, one with a bar and a soccer field. Accommodation for 12 people, 10 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bathrooms, one inside the house and 2 outside the house. Pots, bowls, plates, water glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are provided for guests to use.

Excellent house in a upscale neighborhood of Serra Negra, situated in the upper part of the city and strictly residential. It has 4 suites, one of them on the ground floor, great for elderly people with difficulty climbing stairs. Air-conditioning in all rooms, fireplace, barbecue, cable TV, WI-FI with 105 MB of speed, swimming pool (optional air-conditioning) with space reserved for children, and you can also choose to have an employee to prepare basic meals and tidy the house daily.

The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, private barbecue and fire pit. We do not accept pets. On the ranch, in shared use with any other guests, there is: an asphalted running track, tennis court, heated swimming pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more.
