It is a 7,000 m² farm integrated with nature overlooking one of the waterfalls of the Jaguari River, perfect for rest on weekends and holidays. Open concept house, gourmet space, two swimming pools, one with a bar and a soccer field. Accommodation for 12 people, 10 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bathrooms, one inside the house and 2 outside the house. Pots, bowls, plates, water glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are provided for guests to use.

The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, private barbecue and fire pit. We do not accept pets. On the ranch, in shared use with any other guests, there is: an asphalted running track, tennis court, heated swimming pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more. With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.
