Simone is super sweetheart, he texted me a week earlier advising me on how to get into the building, as well as giving me a lot of suggestions on where to eat and stroll around Campinas. The apartment is super clean and all very neat. My stay was great and super quiet.

The apartment offers comfort and practicality in every detail. Access and communication with the host are impeccable, exceed expectations and always meet our needs. Located in a quiet area and easy access to great bars and restaurants, the property has a cozy and welcoming decor to relax in addition to being well equipped especially with appliances and 2 bathrooms. The cleanliness and organization were impeccable, and the amenities of the place met all our expectations very well. Without a doubt, an ideal place for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable experience in Campinas. Our 2-month long stay was perfect before I moved to the city permanently.

We located for a period of 20 days , we had a great stay , great apartment, great location, very attentive Orlando! Super recommending !

Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

My stay was perfect. The accommodations are even better than in the photos. The location is wonderful, very close to the point of restaurants, pastry shops and bars. Marcela was super attentive, kind and friendly. She even left us a treat. A delicious honey bread. I'm just grateful.

I went with a friend and we loved the stay. Quick communication, clarified doubts, indicated things to do, had several magazines and flyers on the kitchen countertop with references of parks and places to know in the city. The house was impeccable in order and clean with all the basic and necessary kitchen utensils. Special attention for the amount of sink cloths, dishcloths and floor cloths that usually do not have and there was a lot there. Thanks. We would definitely stay again.

Espaço is as described: pleasant, clean, beautiful and functional. The stay is close to the municipal resort, and close to the center, which makes it easy to access the main restaurants of the city and the Adhemar de Barros square. The room is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with a minibar, stove, microwave and utensils, such as glasses, cutlery, dishes, among others. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is excellent. The bed is also very comfortable. We enjoyed the trip! We would come back!

A very special detail is that Márcia always leaves an affectionate note with chocolate, which makes me feel very welcome. In addition, there is water and coffee available, a touch that really makes a difference, providing extra comfort during the stay. It was amazing to stay there, a quiet place for the super polite residents, the super attentive porters, the host answered all the questions, there are several shops near the market and about 5 minutes from the hotel until then.

The accommodation is extremely clean, cozy and has everything we need. Lu is an excellent host, always responding promptly, in addition to having a caretaker for anything we needed. We had difficulty entering the condominium because access is through a link and there was no signal. On site, the signal is bad, it barely works. The Wi-Fi also presented instability, which made it a little difficult. In addition, the place is for family and rest, without noise and in the midst of nature. Much more beautiful than in the photos! In addition, the condominium has a market that makes it VERY easy! We spent the turn with great tranquility and would definitely come back!
