Alenka’s apartment was amazing - great location and a perfect apartment for our family to relax in and also go out and about into Piran. Alenka was a fantastic host and gave us loads of advice on parking/ transport/ restaurants etc. we loved this place and we will be visiting again in the future. Thanks Alenka!

Stella is an ultra friendly and very conscientious host. She was very responsive and attentive. She was very accommodating with us and allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment after our stay. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from absolutely everything! —> lavomatik, large square, church, restaurants, beaches... It contains everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing less is the beds that weren't very comfortable. Thanks again to Stella who made us have a very nice stay ❤️☺️

Monika was a very attentive and pleasant hostess. We felt really comfortable in the apartment. The location was very good, you can walk to everything wonderfully. We had a wonderful vacation at Loreta's in Vrsar

Lovely apartment in the best area of Grado. We felt immediately at home and had a lovely holiday. Communication with Emiliano was great, he was very helpful and responded very quickly to our messages. Definitely recommend Emiliano as host!

Very pleasant stay in Umag ! The studio has all the comfort you need, with a lovely terrace to enjoy Croatia's weather. Fully equipped kitchen, functional bathroom. The studio is genuinely 3 min walk from the sea. Angelika and Frank have been super nice and helpful on every aspect, and they speak fluently countless languages ! I recommend booking your holidays there.

Very clean and functionally furnished apartment. On foot you can reach the harbor in about 15 minutes or the beautiful old town in 10 minutes. If you want to save yourself the ascent and descent (it's steep!), you can also ride a bicycle via the nearby campsite and then it's almost flat on the promenade. Apartment is located on the thoroughfare, but windows seal very well. Was overall perfect for us (2 nights) will be happy to come back.

The Apartment was very clean, directly located to the sea. Olga was available in case of questions.

Everything was perfect, the main reason for the trip as a bike racing in Umag so it was a perfect combination of not so distant from umag and much more peaceful. Darko wife made fantastic pancakes for us and was always checking if we have everything that we needed. The apartment is very close to the beach and the region it self is beautiful.

Beautiful house with modern amenities. Everything was spotless. And there was air conditioning in every room.

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

Barbara and Vlado were super nice and friendly hosts. The place was more than perfect for and, family with two small children. Play facilities and a pool very quiet and privately located. The whole house has everything you need to live and is furnished with attention to detail. There is plenty to do in the area, but there is a must. Very beautiful beaches in Rabac and the old town of Labin can be reached very quickly. All in all, it was a very nice family holiday in a beautiful modern Dalmatian stone house. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

Great & above all very clean place to stay. The sea and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking available, I find important if you arrive by car. We had two dogs with us & it was no problem, on the contrary Danilo was very kind. Trieste for a day trip can also be reached quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a great time at Diana's place. Very comfortable house, very clean and equipped with everything you need; located in a beautiful, very quiet area in front of the port. Very comfortable parking spot. Perfect host who has always responded quickly and precisely to our requests. Really very pleasant stay, we felt right at home. We will definitely be back! Cozy and fully equipped flat located in the center of Umag, just 20 meters from the sea - perfect choice for both short and long stays regardless of the period of the year. Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.
