Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Our stay at Barbara's was just great! We felt very comfortable right from the start, because the apartment was not only cozy and wonderfully protected from the heat, but also equipped with everything you could wish for. Especially the great terrace and the perfectly equipped kitchen made our stay very pleasant. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was really complete – there was nothing missing! Barbara herself was just wonderful. She always responded quickly to our questions and gave us many great tips for the area. Her friendly and helpful manner made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this apartment!

Marina and her family’s place is a real gem. It’s essentially a 2 bed conversion within a small stone villa and it was perfect for our family - 2 adults, 2 kids, a dog. Marina’s family live next door and were so friendly, but left us to our own devices. The pool is great and the garden is totally secure. Fifteen mins from a large supermarket, twenty five mins from Porec…great location. We would definitely return!

The house consists of an apartment with a large and functional kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight, however, is definitely the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The hosts are very kind and always available. The area, a small village in the beautiful Istrian countryside, is a perfect base for visiting the area's main tourist attractions. In a word, if you are in the area, do not hesitate to contact Kristina for the apartment. This is a real gem. We'll be back!

Villa Motovun Luxury and beauty

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

We had a great holiday at Villa Constantin. It's a really lovely villa that completely lived up to the photos. Lovely rooms, bathrooms, and good materials. Great outdoor areas. The owners were very nice to respond to inquiries. And their point of contact in Croatia, who welcomed us was very service minded and welcoming. The dishwasher broke, it was changed as soon as they could. Really good service. Definitely our recommendations from here.

Claudia’s place is a perfect place for exploring Istra’s gem little towns and countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed peaceful setting within fields and lavender flowers. Studio apartment is perfect for travellers with ample parking and amenities you would need in the kitchen. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean, a/c works great. Claudia is very responsive and communication is easy. I definitely recommend Claudia’s place and would happily return for the next trip to beautiful Istra!
