Monthly Rentals in Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir

To echo what many have said in earlier reviews: This was one of best Airbnb experiences I ever had. Michael is a great person; he is warm and accommodating, always chill, and just a generous host. As a guest, one feels cared for; yet I always had my space to work on my own. I enjoyed several conversations I had with Michael and the great stories he shared. I don’t think the photos fully do justice to his amazing apartment, which is beautifully furnished and designed. Michael has great taste. The nice kitchen is a big plus as well; I saved quite a bit by preparing my own meals. I stayed at Michael‘s for a month, while I was on a visiting research stay in the area. Obviously, the location is perfect; right next to Central Park and well connected to the underground, shops etc. I‘d love to be back at some point. Cheers Michael!

For the money 240 W. 73rd was a great choice. Appropriate sized apartment for one person. Just the furnishings needed. Well cleaned and a great location. Management was prompt in responses. And the spacious gym had all machines and free weights I needed. I couldn't have picked a better place for my stay in Manhattan.

Incredible! This UWS micro studio exceeded my expectations. This was the cleanest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in. Nat’s team is a well oiled machine. Any question I asked were responded to timely and everything i requested was tended to. The super of the building, Raul, was incredible and was at my doorstep so fast when requested (fire alarm needed batteries mid stay). LOVE LOVE LOVED this experience

Very good location! The studio is so comfortable and equipped with everything! I really love and enjoy my stay there for 1+m.
