We stayed for one week at Robert’s home. He was always proactive, very kind, and responsive. The apartment was excellent and very comfortable, close to everything, and located in the friendliest area of Manhattan. He even took the time to have a coffee with us. Honestly, it was a great experience not just staying at his home, but also meeting him. I will definitely come back!

Great place to stay if you are looking to be in a quiet place in NJ near the water - takes 5 min to get a bus towards NYC number 128/165/166 and 40 minutes via Lincoln tunnel to NY port authority bus terminal which connects to subway system and you can exit and walk 10 min to core of Times Square ! Overall if you are vacationing in NYC and have time to commute 1 hour each way then this is a great choice of place The bus rides in the day and night show you the manhattan sky line views which a beautiful! The home is clean- spacy (not cluttered), rooms as well - decent bed, the AC Fan is noisy :( -(as well you can hear the people in other rooms, some respect silence timings and some don’t). Rooms have space for items, hangars- they provide towels & scrunchies and bath soap shampoo which was a very nice start along with water and chips :) good welcome kit We were able to check in slightly early and leave bags for check out! We got to meet them and say hi too :) one of the days! Thanks!

The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and located conveniently close to Manhattan, making it a perfect base for exploring New York. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, prompt, and helpful. The instructions were easy to follow, and the layout of the apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate several guests in separate rooms, made our stay very comfortable. The location also offers easy access to JFK Airport. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!

It is a charming place, in the middle of lots to do, easy in, easy out, instructions were clear. My phone died as I arrived, but I could remember some of the things Min wrote, and the rest were obvious - the right lockbox, which key for which door, all worked smoothly. I’ll stay again when I return.
