This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well-equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very nice. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

We were 11 girls and loved staying in his beautiful villa: clean, spacious, very well-equipped, in a quiet and green setting, while being close to shops. Great stay at Greg's, we found a rare gem. The ideal location and a quality residence of very good standing, close to everything, to carry out our small committee meeting over two days. Beautiful house, good location, quiet, well decorated and very functional. With a beautiful pool, a boulodrome, a very convenient space to play ping pong, a comics area and a foosball area that made children (and adults) happy. A very beautiful and large air-conditioned kitchen very bright and always fresh nevertheless the only place in which we left the air conditioning continuously operated). Finally, a garden with beautiful and large trees that offers a very pleasant space for lunch/dinner for more than 8 people easily. Virginia received us perfectly and remained very easily contactable during our stay. So we particularly enjoyed the 8 days we spent with our family.

Stay 10 days in this amazing home! Very comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything was present. Special compliment for the delicious bed. Made a lot of use of the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The surroundings are worth exploring. Montpelier is beautiful and close to Matelles is very nice and friendly. Also visit the caps along the Hérault. In short, a great stay and definitely recommended!

We had a great time with the family and we will not hesitate to rent the Airbnb again. The house is very spacious and well-equipped, the terrace is very nice and not overlooked. All decorated with taste. The location inside the ramparts is ideal. Audrey was extremely kind and dedicated to our well-being, (very flexible, quick response and local recommendation). I even got little welcome gifts for Mother's Day. It was also very convenient to have parking included in the rental. I would highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend staying at Eric’s place. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. The place is furnished beautifully, the hot tub is great addition. Eric was so helpful and friendly. We had the best stay.

Extremely lovingly designed little cottage with a wonderful garden and a very very cozy open fireplace in the garden (equipped with a pivotable barbecue device that was brilliant - cote du boef - was!). Everything worked just fine - and the Maison enchanted us with its charm. Excursions in all directions possible - Nimes is always worth a trip! And - for cooking lovers - a great gas stove and ALL the knives were sharp! We can only recommend this place and thank Aubin and his team for their hospitality. With larger cars you should take the driveway into the village from above, from below - on the direct path - it gets a bit tight....

We had a wonderful time with friends The house is true to the photos with something extra when you're there in real life!! The house was perfect, very clean, well-equipped and functional. The pool is really beautiful!!! The instructions sent by Chloe to the home were very clear. Hayet and Chloe were very responsive and accommodating throughout the stay. We had a great week with our family.

We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay with my family. The accommodation has everything you need and even more (Big plus for the outdoor kitchen). In addition, it is ideally located and we were able to enjoy the shops and restaurants nearby which are of quality. We were delighted to stay in this accommodation and highly recommend it!

A house that lives up to our hope and totally pleasant for 8 people (including 4 children). We feel very comfortable, it is very functional and the instructions are very clear! Yohann and Vivien advise us to make ourselves at home and that's what we felt for a week! The kitchen is superb and very well equipped, we had the opportunity to make our own pizza with a pizza oven, good barbecue. The pool is great and there are no opposite on the outside, very nice too. We highly recommend her and would be glad to stay with them!

Very good stay in the cottage! Perfectly clean and equipped for a baby (high chair, bed if requested, possibility of creating a changing area in the bathroom). The unit is small but well arranged. Only small downside in our opinion: the cottage overlooks the pedestrian street that passes between the beach and the houses and buildings that line the beach, which makes a little noise when you eat or when we are in the living room with the windows open. On the other hand, no problem at night! Late arrival due to traffic jams and which was done without a hitch thanks to Lucile's precise instructions!

House was great (for 5 adults and 2 year old). Spacious, clean, quiet, well located for town and beach. We got about on bikes. Aurore was a great host, clear instructions, quick responses communicative. We had a very great week
