The studio flat is light, modern and airy inside with neutral decor. Compact and self contained. It is ideal for one or two people but can sleep 1-2 more, utilising the Muji sofa bed (width of a double when unfolded). The location is peaceful, friendly and safe and within walking distance of Guildford railway station and the town centre. Easy access to the A3 and M25. It is also a short walking distance from the university, business park and Surrey Hospital (less than 5 minutes by car).

This studio flat was converted from our garage and is attached to our kitchen, but is totally private/closed off, with its own private entrance! Opposite a green, and Whitmore Common, it has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, storage space, work space with excellent Wi-Fi, TV, and free off street parking. Small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and tiny fridge! Perfect for solo traveller and easy access to Guildford town centre, the A3, and Waterloo by train.

A Barn conversion offering 2 bedrooms (one double) and (one room with a King size bed and bunk beds). There are also 2 single beds in the living area. Unfortunately, no parties allowed. Sky TV, WIFI. A built in BBQ, tennis court, trampoline and a shared outside swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. Outside patio area with a fantastic day bed.

I had a great one night stay at Nicola and Michael's place! The room is tucked away at the top of the house, with it's own dedicated toilet next door. It was quiet, comfortable, and with black out blinds - I had a great night sleep! Both of the hosts were absolutely lovely, provided detailed instructions, and we're always down for a chat.
