Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Close to everything best describes this location with a great covered Cabana for outdoor enjoyment. A large field and fishing pond and fire pit area for your enjoyment. Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area for the security of all.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.
