Would highly recommend this spot to anyone who's looking to find a place in Atlanta! the house was well stocked and just what we needed. Our host Amy even went out of their way to provide a pack n play and high chair to make our stay even better. Everything felt like 10-20 min drive depending on where we wanted to go.

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!

We had a great time and loved the location on Lake Sinclair. We docked our rental boat at the dock located on property. The family loved using the hot tub and sunning on the dock. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that provided privacy for all in my group of 4. The house was in immaculate condition and all the 5 star reviews I read were justified. Thank you so much Val for making this property a top place to stay on Lake Sinclair.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

Awesome place for a group of people! We had plenty of social space. Loved how the kitchen seemed to be stocked well with pots, pans, and even some ziploc bags which came in handy for us in a pinch! It is right off a main road, but that didn’t impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! The house has everything you would need for your stay and plenty of places to relax and spend quality time with friends and family! My (newly) husband and I had our bridal party with us and we had plenty of room for everyone! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet & cozy place to stay while visiting Pine Mountain!

We enjoyed the kitchen and dining area with the family room attached had a great dinner with my family using the grill as well! The rooms were perfect for my family! Loved this place! So beautiful and clean. Really close to the town square and all the things VAMPIRE DIARIES. Loved it! Only thing do not use the security system that is available there. Had issues with that. Recommend they put a sign on it saying do not use. Luckily our host responded fast about it! Other than that a perfect stay.

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.
