We had an amazing stay! The apartment was even better than we expected — so much more spacious, incredibly quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (and even more!). Every little detail made it feel like a real home away from home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

Hans was responsive and welcoming as a host. We were due to arrive on Sunday when food markets are closed, so he bought a few basics to have on hand. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Tanya's apartment is perfect, very clean, full amenities, beautiful scenery, cannot ask for more! Tanya is the perfect host, so kind & generous. We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Josef is a superb host and a wealth of knowledge about the local area and much more. Regardless of your travel goals, take the time to chat with Josef and follow his recommendations - awesome! I will definitely select this home in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The appartment was clean warm and comfortable. The view was incredible and the host was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was really well furnished and clean, all kitchen utensils were there, so you had no restrictions when cooking. The location was also great and you were on foot in 5 minutes at the lake.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

The first time driving, you almost let your heart stand. Curvy narrow mountain road with fantastic views. You get used to driving quickly. The warm welcome also included a super tasty bottle of its own apple juice in the fridge.... The apartment is under the owners' apartment.... and agreements worked quickly and simply at all times. The apartment has two bedrooms and is more than sufficient for a family with one or two children. Indoor bathroom with tub is also spacious. Only you have to leave the light on for some time after showering or bathing so that the trigger gets the moisture away. Kitchen has everything you need in an apartment.... Even a dishwasher!! (There is no microwave.... but do you need that? We didn't miss it.) There is life in the house, at night you can hear maximum the village cats or the rippling of the rain and the roaring of the thunder. Tours can also start directly at the house.

Andreas was a very nice host and the apartment was very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and great for hikes on the Staffelsee. Glad to come back!

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was just a dream, very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool is simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would always stay with you again, there was simply nothing missing. Your homemade honey and delicious schnapps were also very tasty. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. This place is one of our top 3. A real oasis! The decor is modern and very clean; it has everything you need and nothing there that unnecessarily dusts. The highlight is of course the hot tub on the terrace with the great view of the mountains. Great for our two dogs that the terrace is completely fenced and unseen. We will definitely be back.

We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our time at Christine & Sepp's. Great apartment with a wonderful hot tub in a relaxing, quiet location. For the children, the time with the animals was also particularly nice. Thank you for your warm welcome, see you again.

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

Very pleasant experience, very nice and equipped apartment, very comfortable supermarket below the house, in the immediate vicinity distributor of fresh milk, fresh eggs and other food products, and a pharmacy with very kind staff. Convenient location to visit many characteristic countries located just a short trip away. The hot tub is fabulous, although it's forbidden to bring glass. Free parking downstairs from the house. Great communication with Florian.
