This comfortable and modern house sits near the top of the hill and is so special with breathtaking views and magical surroundings. We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the relaxed morning and chilled evenings on the terrace and the pool. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful place.

It’s only been 5 hours since we left and we miss our casita already. Colin and Stephanie are great hosts and very nice people. We quickly felt right at home and our 1 month stay went too quickly. We loved the neighborhood, great for a challenging walks when we wanted extra exercise. Groceries close by, great restaurants and we loved the variety of beaches with in 20 minutes. Colin’s chickens provided us with the best eggs, we really appreciated that! We would love to return and look forward to enjoying the new pool and casita’s that will be completed soon.

The villa is located in a very nice neighbourhood and it is as per photos and description on the website. It was very well stocked and had many pool and beach chairs. Sonya and Jan, the contact people on the ground were very helpful and responded very quickly to requests or minor concerns. Very nice view of the mountains and of the ocean. There are several sodas/restaurants in the area and we often went to Soda Ojoche, a 7 minute drive from the villa. 2 convenience stores are within 10 minutes and you can also find a BM and Maxi Pali within 25 minutes for groceries. Many beaches are easily accessible, including Playa Ventanas (15 minutes) and Playa Hermosa (30 minutes). There is construction on the main road at the moment therefore it may take a little longer than usual. We recommend this villa.

First time my wife and I stayed here. Our son lives very close. This area is very clean and safe. It is close to bus route and a small store is a few minutes away. Area is quiet at night , with few barking dogs. We would stay again.

William Was Absolutely An Amazing Host. From The Time I Messaged Him About Some Of The Request I Had To The Time We’ve Arrived . His Response Time Is Quick And He Executed Every Request I Had. His Sources Are Very Reliable. Ive Requested A Driver For The Duration Of Our Stay And He Was Able To Get An Amazing Driver Who Was On Time And Very Informative Of General Information We Wanted To Know. He Took Us Around The Town And Did All The Excursion With Us. We Felt Extremely Safe. Upon Arrival, The House Was Even More Beautiful Than What The Pictures Portrayed . The House Was Very Clean And Tranquil. The Beautiful Home Had Plants And Fruits Growing Everywhere. I Requested Massages For One Morning And A Chef For One Of The Nights We Were There. He Recommended And Set Up The Best Services . Our Massages Were Lovely And Very Relaxing. The Cooks Were Polite And Did A Whole 5 Course Dinner Set Up . It Felt Like We Were Dining In A Very Fancy Restaurant. Overall Everything Was Amazing!

Maria’s beach house had a fabulous vibe, steps from the water, animal viewing from the deck and comfortable. Maria was a fabulous host, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and responsive. She had great recommendations which helped make our stay even better. The house is old and has a very authentic feel. A few small additions and upgrades would make it phenomenal. Our group enjoyed our stay here!!
