I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Mr. Palitha and his wife is very friendly. They welcomed us warmly and the place is exactly like the pictures. Clean cozy place. We were there to visit a Vet for our sick puppy. Mr. Palitha’s wife even recommended us a government Vet who is right opposite their house. They are so lovely and took care of you like their own. She gave us breakfast which was soooo delicious. We had a great time and even our puppy was so comfortable in that cute home. She loved the balcony over looking the nursery next door to watch kids going to school. 😀

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Rana's home is big and spacious. Very clean and has a beautiful garden. Got timely communication from Rana. Instructions with regards to check-in were clear. Only downside is that the home is far from the beach as well as Lagoon.

An absolutely delightful stay at Bright & Airy Second Floor Home! Nadee was an exceptional host, and my husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at her 'Bright & Airy Second Floor Home' for several days. From the moment we booked, communication was fantastic. We had a midnight flight, and I reached out to Nadee to ask for a very late checkout, hoping for 10 p.m. She was incredibly flexible and understanding, and to our delight, she granted our request free of charge! This made such a huge difference to our last day and travel experience. The apartment itself is lovely. The views from our room and the private terrace were absolutely amazing – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening unwind. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, which was a huge plus for us as we enjoy cooking, and we were even provided with free gas! We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

The accommodation is huge and a private place above the rooftops of Negombo. A great place to unwind after a long flight. However, the kitchen equipment is not sufficient for longer stays with self-catering. The beds are super comfortable and for those who need air conditioning: it works great. Anuk was always easy to reach, helped us with our luggage with his housekeeper and organized a taxi for transportation to the airport.

This place truly exceeded expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organized thanks to the incredibly helpful Welcome Guide, checking in, using the apartment, amenities and getting around was very smooth. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed. The gym and pool were fantastic. The host was warm and responsive throughout. You really can’t beat the location either - so many great spots within walking distance. I’d happily book this place again! Thank you!

Lashika was super responsive throughout our trip. The place was accessible and near many restaurants. It was spacious with all creature comforts for a home cook if need be. Although we ended up ordering from ubereats for our meal, the kitchen was fully equipped. The villa gave us privacy and enough common area to unwind. There were some roaches in the room and that would be common for any tropical country

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. From the beautiful house to the spectacular staff, we were thoroughly impressed. Every meal was cooked to perfection and their patience and care for our young children was as if we were part of the family. From helping us plan excursions/day trips, to laundry, to showing us the local beach and wildlife, we would have been happy to stay longer if we could. This isn't a touristy place, it felt genuine and relaxed.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Isur’s place. The host, who speaks English, is very friendly and welcoming. We were served with very good traditional breakfast.The place itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend! Especially for those coming from Colombo airport, since the place is conveniently close.

This house is really confortable and beautiful. The kitchen was fully eqipped. We got filtered clean water, and towels, everything. The rooms are nice and perfect. And I would like to gratefully thank the lady who welcomed us for her endless kindness and hospitality. She did everything to make us feel as good as possible. On the last morning, she even made delicious Srí Lanka pancakes for us, thank you very much for treating us with such care. 🙏 <3

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

One of the best places . I was looking for a place to stay comfortably with my family (7) and this place ticked all the boxes. It is in a very convenient place. Specially if when you are living abroad and coming down stay with your family. This place is ideal . You can have your privacy and live with your extended family at the same time 😊. Very spacious, clean and situated in very quiet area . Also you are 10 minutes away for anything and everything. To eat out or to order anything online. You can do it easily. Now about the Host , Shanika is very responsive,attentive and also accommodating. I had to change my booking due wrong schedule , she accepted the change immediately. Also Chaminda and Kapila, they are very responsive and they will make sure that you are properly checked in. They will always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a convenient and a clean place stay in Colombo for a few nights or even longer.
