While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a large group of children. Everything we might need in the house was thought of, it was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very pleasant. Mr. Birol, who takes care of the house, was very kind and caring. We thank him and his team very much. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

The house was clean and well equipped. We didn’t have any problems while staying there. The hosts were very helpful and overall great people. Just a recommendation would be adding an automatic gate so that you don’t need to get out of the vehicle and manually open it every-time. Other than that, everything was perfect

We we’re husband and wife with 4 kids the place suits us perfectly. Emin was a great person, Nothing creepy town is peaceful, The Vila garden was from heaven, The view of the location to the leake and the city,, day and night marvellous view. Worth the money and planning to come agin inshallah

Hikmet was always there when needed, he sent us all tourists places with routes and restaurants. The man responded anytime we sent him. and at checkout my kids forgot some cash and he sent us the money via bank transfer. if I or one of my relatives or friends ever visited Spanca we would definitely stay at his place.

It's a very peaceful place in the greenery. You can hear the birds chirping all day long. We hardly heard any noise from the houses around it. It was a calm experience. There are areas of the house that need maintenance. If those are completed, it will be perfect. Check-in and check-out was easy.

It was a small but very pleasant house! The heated pool offered a very sweet experience, especially in the evening. We had a really peaceful time with a barbecue corner in the garden, sitting by the fire and tables. The porch and decoration details complemented the warm atmosphere of the house. It's a business with a nice location, but if you don't have a car, you'll be stuck on the hill and you may have a hard time. The business was very attentive and helpful. It was raining when we went and the barbecue in the open area was unusable, but the Business allowed us to use the barbecue at its own reception. The house was clean and tidy, we had no problems in this regard. But the water in the apartment we stayed in was unpressurized and yellow, I don't know if it was a problem specific to that day or if it was always like that, but it was still nice. It is a nice place to go with friends or family. Finally, do your grocery shopping before you go, or the grocery store or market is a little far away.
