While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

The house was neat and tidy. Although it was very cold, we had no problems with the heating of the house. Everything was considered up to the baby crib. Easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty lot either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not so empty that it makes you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. The pool can be easily accessed by those who are sensitive about this. The decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from the other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

It was a small but very pleasant house! The heated pool offered a very sweet experience, especially in the evening. We had a really peaceful time with a barbecue corner in the garden, sitting by the fire and tables. The porch and decoration details complemented the warm atmosphere of the house. She was also very attentive to cleanliness. There was also a sweet dog outside, it was an extra source of happiness for us:) I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in touch with nature! We forgot our stuff in the back, but thanks to the host Murat, he will send it to us by cargo. Thank you again:)

Hikmet was always there when needed, he sent us all tourists places with routes and restaurants. The man responded anytime we sent him. and at checkout my kids forgot some cash and he sent us the money via bank transfer. if I or one of my relatives or friends ever visited Spanca we would definitely stay at his place.

It's a business with a nice location, but if you don't have a car, you'll be stuck on the hill and you may have a hard time. The business was very attentive and helpful. It was raining when we went and the barbecue in the open area was unusable, but the Business allowed us to use the barbecue at its own reception. The house was clean and tidy, we had no problems in this regard. But the water in the apartment we stayed in was unpressurized and yellow, I don't know if it was a problem specific to that day or if it was always like that, but it was still nice. It is a nice place to go with friends or family. Finally, do your grocery shopping before you go, or the grocery store or market is a little far away.

The place was peaceful and relaxing. Hussein was a great help. Great pool And garden. The patisserie we visited was amazing for the cakes. A short drive to the lake and restaurants. Will visit again.
