We welcome our guests who want to get away from the city and enjoy nature to our farmhouse with a PRIVATE SWIMMING pool.

Villa Wonka Sapanca Our villa, which is 6 minutes on foot from Sapanca train station and 15 minutes from the lake, is designed for you to have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones. You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house and stay peacefully in our house with floor heating and a fireplace. Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)

You are free to eat seasonal fruits from the trees in the garden. The kitchen in the house has a 4-burner natural gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and a dining table for 8 people.

Our 80 m2 house in a 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen supplies. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done when guests check in. Pool heating is up to 33 degrees
