Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem fünfjährigen Kind und einem 10 Monate alten Baby zu Gast. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da Petra eine hervorragende Gastgeberin war. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnelle und für uns einfache Lösungen gefunden. Der Kontakt war von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm und herrlich unaufdringlich. Von unserer Seite eine klare Empfehlung.

Our stay in Zadar was fantastic. The walk to the main town was around 25 minutes but was very easy and accessible. The apartment was lovely and fully equipped with everything needed. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all future guests!

The flat was really clean and spacious. We quite enjoyed the balcony, when we could considering the weather we had… The sea side is 2 minutes by walk, and the city center easily reachable as well. Josip was a great host, welcomed us on arrival and always answered when I asked for tips. Definitely recommended !

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Ottima esperienza, l’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, tutto è curato e pulito. A pochi passi dal mare (spiaggia in cemento) e da una spiaggia di sabbia. Il paese con alimentari e ristoranti si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. Gentilissima e disponibile la famiglia host. Consigliato al 100%!

The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt genau richtig! In der Altstadt dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt auf der 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug, jedoch war das für uns kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir konnten Kleinigkeiten kochen, ohne Einschränkungen. Das, was mich persönlich besonders gefallen hat, ist das saubere große Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
