We had a wonderful stay and Andrej was a great responsive host. His brother who acts as caretaker and checked us in late to acomidate our flight.was charming and full of information about the area. apartment was immaculate, and very comfortable. the public transport was easy to use and cheap making bibanje the perfect location for both a quite and interesting stay. the outdoor amenities we wonderful and well cared for and we adored saying hello to the tortoises every morning.

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

We had a really nice time at Irene's place. The apartment is directly at the sea, but also within a short walking distance to the central bus station. The old town can also be reached via a nice walk along the beach and promenade. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there. The bed is very comfy and the sleeping couch is also very usable. Check-in was very easy and flexible. We were here in the winter. But we had no problem getting the apartment warm with the climate control. There were two very nice and friendly cats that visited us from time to time.

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Location of the apartment is great, with a sea view from the balcony and like 30meters from the sea. Perfect spot for sunrise. Had a short trail right near the house to the next village. Walkable distance from market and cafe. Comfortable bed.

Sandra was our best host during our 3-week stay in Croatia. She welcomed us with her kindness, her goodness, her smile and gave us plenty of tips for visiting the surrounding area. We were also entitled to a small gift upon arrival (drinks and fresh watermelon, cakes and candy for the children) Recommended without hesitation.

I recommend a great location,close to the beach quick contact and the help of the owner.

I really liked the good communication. We were dropped off by our Uber one street away and the hosts were already waiting for us in the street and packed our bags right away. The apartment is in the middle of the city center and therefore close to everything. The beach is also very close by. Very friendly hosts who immediately gave us tips for the good restaurants. All with already, very nice.

I’ve stayed here 4 times and it’s always the same - exactly as advertised on photos, with a perfect location in the city.

We stayed with a tour group of 8 people in the complex and had a very very nice stay there. We didn't miss anything. Overall very well maintained including outdoor area with pool. The location was also appealing, as we were able to reach everything important in minutes by car. However, here is the indication that a car is beneficial. Communication with the landlords also went smoothly. Conclusion: All in all very good!

We felt very comfortable in Jadranka's house. It's all very nicely decorated and you feel right at home. We had booked at very short notice and were still able to enter the house before check-in time. Jadranka and her family are very friendly and always helped us with questions. Highly recommended.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old girl at Milan‘s apartment. We can 100% recommend it.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!
