Vacation rentals with a patio in Ixelles

Apartments are easy to find, instructions are very clear, with photos and step by step. It’s easy to access the city center, metro is in 5 mins from there. Water pressure in the shower could be better, also there’s no hot water in the sink, which makes it uncomfortable to wash. In general, it’s comfortable and safe place to stay.

I’m really glad to found Nick’s appartment for previous week. It was much better, than we expected. The location is perfect, you can walk easily to center, you can reach anything with the great transportation opportunitites. There are several coffe shop,restaurant, shop etc in the surrounding. The apparment was really peaceful, you can feel peace, and feel like at home. 4 adult person can share it easily as well. To total plus was Nick’s mentaility, who is super-kind, and totally flexible host. We got proactively recommendations, and could have modified checkin/check out. Thank you for everything! If we come to the city again, we will choose this place again:).

The apartment was really nice and was exactly what we were looking because we were looking for something with balcony. Souhaila is very friendly and she always responded to me very quickly.The communication was great. The location is near the bus station and close to metro. It was easy to travel. I'm really happy because I choose Souhaila's apartment, because it was my first time when I used Airbnb to book an acomodation,I was always sceptical about this app. I had a great experience and I want to thank you to Souhaila for everything and I really recommend her.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The place is incredibly spacious—it’s a four-level home, which gave us plenty of room to relax and spread out. If you appreciate having lots of space, this is definitely the right choice. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also felt very safe in the area. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and tranquil stay.

Really cozy apartment, very spacious, for a fair price. Some things (a somewhat-broken bed, a mis-mounted light fixture) may need maintenance, but nothing that would affect your stay negatively. Located a short walk away from a major train- and tram-station that allow you to get everywhere. A couple of shops close-by in case you need it. Very friendly and communicative hosts. The only negative thing I can say about the apartment is: there are cat toys, but no cat to be found!! That is, of course, a joke. :) I liked my stay, I'd come back if I need to stay in that part of the city again.

Beautiful apartment in a central location. Super clean and very cosy. Had everything we needed and much more. Colette was always responsive. We will try to stay there again in our next visit to Brussels.

Our stay was great, the neighborhood is central to everything, the apartment is in very good condition and with very clear and specific directions. The only thing to note is that the staircase is narrow, so anyone with very large suitcases or a baby stroller will have difficulties... and the room's sensor light, which is activated and turns on if you move from the bed, is a bit annoying. The rest was great and highly recommended
