Centrally located, within walking distance of Place Jourdan, Parc du Cinquantenaire, and the European institutions. Easy access from Bruxelles-Midi to Schuman.

It includes a completely private and quiet bed- and bathroom. These overlook an urban jungle. The bed is a very comfortable Auping double bed (180/200). There is a little lounge with 2 armchairs. The connecting bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. No: pets, smoking , parties, photo shoots

The house consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) upstairs. Parking facilities next to the house. Ideal location: close to public transport on Avenue de Tervuren (tram 39 and 44). Located 5 min. drive from Place Dumon and Parc du Cinquantenaire!

Beautiful, bright and quiet non-smoking studio in a family home just outside Brussels but close to public transportation (15-minute walk). Restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc. nearby (<1 km) Private parking space. Possibility to enjoy a space in the garden. Our housekeeper comes on Fridays. If you wish, she can clean the studio and change the sheets. The pool is for rent (with extra charge) depending on availability.
