It is located on the second floor of a small 1925 building ideally situated in the dynamic district of Chatelain. Perfect for 4 people. You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

I initially wrote a long piece extolling this apartment but lost it somehow before posting! In brief: this is an excellent duplex apt for a stay from a few days to a few months. Host, cleanliness, equipment, kitchen stuff, location: all excellent!

We had a very nice time in Brussels. Candice had quite good recommendations! The appartment was very confy and just as the pictures!

Excellent choice for a stay in Brussels, in the very pleasant area of Ixelles. The apartment has everything you need, it is very bright, well maintained and cozy. Charles is very attentive and helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend it.

We had a great stay at Gregoire’s, we immediately felt like home. Super spacious, clean, we had absolutely all amenities one might need. The garden view from the bedroom was great, and overall there was a lot of natural light. The neighborhood is super quiet and within walking distance from nice restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Place has lots of light, plenty of room for a family, and we really liked the terrace. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and public transit. Apartment safe and private, with a lift right outside the door if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Laurie is very professional and proactive with all her messages. Her apartment is clean, spacious, and with all amenities. The flat is decorated with taste and comfort, leaving the guest feeling right out home. There were no issues or problems with anything, which is a really a great and welcoming feeling. Laurie is warm, caring, and puts the guest at easy right away. I am grateful, Laurie trusted me with her beautiful home. Thank you Laurie, I will book your flat again without hesitation.
