No doubt, it makes a big difference when your host lives next door. And especially when it's a host like Christine. Extremely welcoming person, available, always attentive, ready to respond to any request, but also very discreet. I was at home for two months. I won't forget this stay and I'll definitely be back. A very nice, spacious apartment in an old building. Very nice terrace and small garden in the backyards. A pleasant environment with many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good connection to public transport. Very nice and good communication with the landlord. Would come back anytime.

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

- Only 20 mins away from Central Station with bus 63, which goes every 10-15 mins - Gorgeous house, amazing view, best-equipped AirBnb I've ever been in. Very private, peaceful, serene. Huge balcony, basically a terrace with a sofa - Elevator was temp. not working (as Maria informed in listing), but climbing the floors wasn't difficult for us at all - Maria was very responsive, flexible and accommodating To be objective, I'll include 1 con, but it's no big deal :) - Not a lot of supermarkets nearby Will definitely stay here if visiting again'

Nick is the perfect host! Responsive to messages and very welcoming! He gave us an insight on the first day with possible things we could do whilst visiting Belgium with good recommendations for our stay! Would 100% recommend staying here! Thank you Nick 😊

The place is super clean, slightly far from the centre but has good connectivity because of the M 6 station nearby. Also, the check in/check out instructions were super clear and Lonel was super responsive to all my queries.

Wim is an excellent, friendly and helpful host. Communication was very easy and smooth. The apartment corresponded perfectly to the description. Very central, functional and cozy, a stone's throw from Brussels' old town and the Gare Centrale. It was exactly what I needed for my stay in Brussels. Thank you very much Wim! I'll be back :)

We had a lovely stay, the neighborhood is very quiet, shaded, very well served by buses and close to the tram. The accommodation is spacious, independent of the host's residence with its private entrance. There are free spaces on the surrounding streets to park your car. There is a welcome booklet that presents the accommodation and tourist suggestions with very practical means of transport. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful and spotless apartment, close to public transportation. Maryse is an outstanding host. Thank you for your advice and flexibility with the extra night to accommodate my flight delay due to the general strikes. So much appreciated! Looking forward to returning next year, or sooner.

Flori was an amazing host for us. She was always quick to respond the queries and provided us with lots of recommendations for nearby activities. The apartment is located very centrally in a nice neighbourhood. The interior of the apartment was clean, cosy and decorated wonderfully. We would definitely recommend!

Spacious and immaculately clean apartment, a short Uber drive to the city centre. The communication was 10/10 from the moment of booking. The apartment had everything that was needed, and extremely comfortable. Some nice cafes and bars around. Highly recommend

My stay was really nice for us. The house is exactly as seen in the pictures. The instructions were completely sufficient. It is within walking distance to the center, but you need to walk about 15 minutes. Everything was complete. There was a little smell from the bathroom. The only negative is that the sound insulation is not good and some nights it removed from our sleep. Other than that, it was enjoyable 🌸

Yossif's place is exactly as described. It is his home and well stocked with everything you need for a visit. Getting into the apartment is very easy, and the building is secure. You are within 15 minutes' walking distance of the train station and the grand place. The subway and bus stop are right outside. Yossif is responsive and his place was very comfortable.

Hi, The place was just perfect, we didn't miss anything. I was pleasantly surprised by our host's sense of detail, who was really able to create a neat atmosphere. Rim was super attentive the whole time. The apartment is the best I've ever been to, it had absolutely everything you needed and was very spacious. The terrace is also very nice, the kitchen is very well-equipped and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

very warm apartment, it has a small elevator that makes it easy to arrive many floors , good light , come equipped with everything you need for cooking . it's like an alpine cottage in town.
