Two dedicated desks and a versatile table let you combine remote work, creative projects, and shared meals with ease. Music is part of the atmosphere thanks to a ready-to-use amplifier. A beautiful bookshelf awaits your curiosity <3 please return books to their place after reading. Behind a discreet “western” style door lies the bedroom: a bright, cozy retreat with direct access to the terrace, shared with the living room. A full-height mirrored wall conceals the bathroom, complete with a shower, spacious bathtub, and all modern comforts. A singular, warm, and inspiring place — where every space has a story to tell.

The main sleeping space (with king-size bed) and the main bathroom are up on the 35m2 mezzanin, while the living room and open kitchen, as well as second smaller bathroom are downstairs (85m2). The place is right off the 'Place de Brouckère', so just off the pedestrian zone and close to the usual suspects (grand place, 'manneke pis' etc.), as well as restaurants, theaters etc....
