Fabrice was the perfect host, incredibly responsive, always on hand to provide hints, tips and recommendations. His home is absolutely beautiful, he kindly accommodated our young son, with a bed beside ours, complete with cute bedding which he loved. The pool and jacuzzi are fabulous. Our son was completely fascinated by the grass cutting robot, which tended to the immaculately kept, extensive garden. Although Fabrice was always on-hand to promptly assist with any questions (via messages) we had, I think we saw him just once a day, so we didn’t feel like we were invading his space. (Never felt awkward, always warm and welcoming). Location was perfect for us, we drove to a few towns and villages in Belgium, we also drove to Luxembourg (2.5hrs) and Köln (~3hrs). The house had everything you could possibly want, including an honesty bar and space in the fridge and freezer if that was required. Highly recommend, don’t hesitate to book! Thank you Fabrice.

We were with 6 adults, a child and a dog in Anthony's villa. As described, it is a great equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired, or the refrigerator that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. The absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. So we were also able to take it easy on the last day of vacation. Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive) are worth seeing in the area. All in all we had a very nice time in Anthony and Bea's villa. I appreciate it. Thanks!

The place is beautiful! The calm and beauty of the environment are at the rendezvous! Eric is very welcoming. The house is beautiful , the place is amazing, and Eric's dog was a real love ball with us. The place is really splendid! Thank you so much for a great 3 day stay! Plus , the Walibi and aqualibi amusement parks are only 20 minutes away! The nooks recommended by Eric are really good and your wards will thank him. I would know where to come back for our next WE! We spent a weekend away with our full football team and this house was perfect! Spacious enough for everyone, with plenty of privacy – you hardly heard each other, even though we were many. The interior is beautiful and well cared for, and there was plenty to entertain us. Everyone was enthusiastic and enjoyed. Highly recommended for large groups!

+++ Very responsive host. Very nice and quiet cottage (despite the fact that it is located in the host's garden). Beautiful view. Spacious Jacuzzi. Nice wood-burning stove. Comfortable bed - It would be advisable to try to put a door between the living space and the bathroom/WC in order to create some privacy on this level

We had a great stay! Everything was super neat and as described. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and was very guest friendly.

We greatly enjoyed this place. Completely unwind in a green environment with lots of privacy. Ideal destination to spend a sunny winter weekend, but also the sound of the rain on the roof and the crackling of the fireplace make you forget the outside world. Everything was neat and tidy. The cottage is nicely decorated and really everything you could need is there. The ideal way to completely relax and enjoy the tranquility (but also the birds, bunnies and the heron that lands just in front of you). Of course, the jacuzzi and hot tub complete the whole thing, but even the outdoor toilet really belongs to the off grid project! Great! We'd love to come back!
