“I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, Historic Center, Cathedral and Main touristic attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering great local recommendations. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! My friends and I felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our visit. The separate quarters allowed each of us to enjoy our own space, which was a great touch. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy walking access to the center and most local attractions. Our host, Oswaldo, was exceptionally proactive, providing clear instructions and wonderful local recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely recommend this place, and the pictures truly do it justice!

El alojamiento es súper amplio y tiene muchas amenidades útiles que hacen la estancia más sencilla y te hacen sentir como en casa, los cuartos son muy amplios, todo lo que esta en casa es funcional y la zona en que esta ubicada esta cerca de muchos lugares interesantes para visitar en Mérida, lo que hace que el desplazamiento sea muy rápido.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Apartment! Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, sauber und alles da was man braucht! Mit dem Pool und der Terrasse konnten wir wenig anfangen. Uns fehlten gemütliche Terrassen Möbel. Allerdings waren wir in Merida den ganzen Tag unterwegs, so dass wir sie nicht vermisst haben. Das Apartment ist etwas außerhalb. Ein Auto empfehlenswert. Allen in allem würde ich das Apartment weiter empfehlen und danke an Jesus Augustin für die entspannte, freundliche Kommunikation.

Siempre un placer quedarnos en el departamento de Robert, está muy seguro y tranquilo el lugar. Son súper atentos y responden casi inmediatamente cuando los contactamos. Por lo general aprovechamos la cocina que está bien equipada para hacer desayuno y botanas porque si uno está en Mérida hay que disfrutar de los muy buenos restaurantes que la ciudad ofrece.

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

El lugar de Fernanda es excepcional, el amenidades fueron lo mejor, el lugar con bastante vegetación lo cual le da una bella vista y una frescura inigualable. La casa contaba con todos los servicios funcionando al 100%. Definitivamente se convertirá en una de nuestras casas favoritas.

Para empezar la casa es muy bonita y amplia, la alberca y todo en general muy limpio! Tiene aire acondicionado en las 3 habitaciones y ventiladores de techo en sala y comedor, en especial la habitación principal es hermosa, con vista a su jardín y a la alberca, tiene 2 baños completos y medio baño! La respuesta de los anfitriones es inmediata y muy amables... la ubicación es ideal si tu plan es quedarte en Merida ( a 25 min del centro) o moverte a las playas (40 min en promedio) , a Chichen-itza hicimos 1hr 20 min aprox! Hay flexibilidad en el horario de entrada. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, realmente 100% recomendada!

Renée was super nice, provided us with many useful informations and the communication was easy. The Room was super clean and nothing we could think about was missing. Even water and ice cubes were provided. The city center is easy to reach with Uber for only 2-3€. We can highly recommend this accomodation, it's one of the best we've ever been

This place can be summed up in one word, grandeur! My wife and i absolutely loved it. If there was one critique it would be the bar stool chairs and bar/table in kitchen doesn’t work. It’s impossible to sit in the chairs and be seated at the table. We didn’t need them anyway I tried to sit there once with was like this is very uncomfortable and just does not work. But it wasn’t a big deal to us because it was so beautiful outside! In the summer that could be different I reckon.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aqui y la pasamos genial. Es un lugar seguro, acogedor, confortable y bien equipado para una estancia super cómoda. La ubicación es ideal para tomar las salidas a diversos destinos fuera de Merida y plazas comerciales; para el centro toma un poco mas de tiempo, entre 20 y 30 min en promedio. Alejandrina es muy atenta y siempre responde pronto a cualquier detalle y ofrece soluciones a cualquier inconveniente.

El espacio está cómodo y bien remodelado, la doble altura le da amplitud. Está bien ubicado, varias opciones altura rededor a unos minutos. Solo considera que es un baño para ambas habitaciones y una habitación conecta a la otra, si buscas privacidad en parejas o familia es complicado. La atención de Mariana es excelente, recomendable este lugar.

We loved this Airbnb! The location was very walkable, 4 blocks to Santa Lucia and 2 more to the main plaza. We went out daily and loved coming back to the fantastic pool and patio. It was a wonderful cool-off! The architecture is beautiful with many special perks, looks exactly like photos. It has special features also - patio fountain, downstairs bathroom to die for, mood lighting, and so practical - washer and dryer. We would definitely stay there again!

L'appartement était plus grand que les photos laissent paraître et très lumineux. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine et du patio. L'appartement est à 20 minutes à pieds des principales attractions ou 5$ en uber. Toutefois, comme un peu partout au Mexique, il y a des chiens qui jappent constamment. Il y a plusieurs fourmis dans l'appartement et sur le patio. Le débit de l'eau est très bas et il est difficile d'avoir de l'eau à la bonne température dans les douches. En résumé, c'est un appartement parfait pour se reposer, profiter de la chaleur du Mexique autour de la piscine dans un appartement design et grand.

Toda la estancia en el alojamiento fue muy agradable, el lugar coincidía con las fotos y la descripción, estaba limpio, contaba con las amenidades que mencionaba. La verdad dormimos muy a gusto. El vecindario tranquilo y seguro. Y alrededor había muchos lugares para comer, además de que era un buen punto para movernos a los diferentes destinos turísticos que visitamos. Si regresara de vacaciones, sería un lugar que volvería a buscar para quedarnos. Gracias por la buena estancia.
