There is plenty of room for free privet parking for those who have a car and enough space for children to play in. All units have a veranda or balcony with view on the hills and a privet entrance. Located on the sea overlooking the bay of Vathy and the picturesque island of Lazareto. Traditional Mediterranean house with 2 bedrooms, living room with balcony next to the sea, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. Suitable for companionship, boat owners and family.

Εχει μικρη κουζινα, τραπεζι και καρεκλες, μπανιο με ντους και wc και κλιματισμο. Εξω υπαρχει ιδιωτικη αυλη με τραπεζι καρεκλες και χτιστο καναπε.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.
