Waterfront vacation rentals in Itaparica Island

It is already our second time in the apartment of Fábio e da Sônia. as always everything impeccable, clean, bed sheets and towels sterilized, packaged and always to spare. We can cook in the apartment quietly, wash centrifugar laundry ( important in beach locations and long stays). Mercadinho with the front served us perfectly for emergency situations. All very close by, easy access to app cars. Nearby beaches are wonderful. We used the building's garage this time, and I was super quiet. It's already our second time in the apartment and I'm sure it won't be the last. Whenever we are in Salvador, we will be in this apartment Prontidao of the hosts in the responses is great tbm.

Well located and complete! I and my friend stayed for a week in Salvador. The location in Barra was the differential in our trip.

We were greeted by co-host Luiz, we arrived at the site he was already waiting for us, super helpful, gave us local tips, whenever we sent msgm, he responded quickly. Great apartment, very well located, clean and with a charming decoration. The hostess took the initiative to pass all the necessary guidelines for a great stay. In addition, the apartment is very close to the beach Porto da Bar (the best for bathing), a great waterfront for walking and having access to other sights. The fact that the apartment is underground does not interfere at all, since in a place like Salvador little time is spent in the apartment. It has two bathrooms, which makes it much easier in a group trip as was my case. The ceiling fan of one of the rooms served us well and the backup fan too. We feel welcome and recommend the location. Our stay was excellent! I went with my mother for medical consultations and the apartment met our needs perfectly. It is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the ad. The convenience is great! I already lived in Salvador and knew the region, so this was a priority in the choice, since it was close to most of the clinics we visited. The staff of the lobby were always very polite and cordial. In addition, Dona Tereza was extremely attentive, allowing us to anticipate check-in and staying available for any queries. I recommend it! When we get the chance, we'll definitely be back!

All right with the stay , Ruy always request ...for a better comfort in the apt just a few adjustments more nothing that hindered us, such as the placement of the box in the bathroom , a black out curtain for those who sleep in the living room , a more comfortable mattress and more carpets for the bathroom the condominium space is a delight porters and friendly staff we were able to use tds the premises of the building

I was on a motorcycle trip with 7 people. We arrived at Ilha de Itaparica at the end of the day, not knowing where to stay. Ana Lúcia arranged everything to receive us and we were very comfortable in her residence, always very kind and ready to respond. It is a very cozy place, on the beach and 1.5 km away there is a shopping mall with what we need. Too bad we didn't organize ourselves to arrive during the day and enjoy everything.

I would like to thank the host Fernandes for the incredible hospitality with which we were received. A very humble and good-hearted guy, I am very satisfied and I am already planning the next trip. Congratulations

If you are looking for a safe, community- focused place as a base for your visit to Salvador then this is perfect. Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

Great stay! Large and comfortable house, comfortable beds! I'll definitely be back soon! Just as a suggestion, I could improve a little in relation to the cleanliness of the house, I think the time between the departure and arrival of the guests was little to do a more proper cleaning! It's still a great stay!

The stay at Cacha Pregos was wonderful. The house corresponded to the listing. Communication with Cynthia was quick and she was super nice and helpful in meeting and greeting us. The street is quiet and from the house you could hear the sound of the sea and in the morning the singing of the birds. We spent special days!

Arthur's house is a dream! The beach at the front is wonderful, the pool, a delight and the spacious rooms. But more than that, it looks like a family house, with everything that someone who even uses the house needs: parasols, pots, dishes, glasses, table games,... all beautiful and in large quantities. It is a great place to go with children: in addition to the pool with a large shallow part and a separate children's pool, the beach is suitable both at high and low tide, with few waves and shallow sea. Valdo, the homemaker, is always around to lend a hand and even harvest some coconuts for us. Communication with Arthur was great, both before and during our stay. I recommend it and plan to come back!

A really cute place up the hill. Leo is a super nice host, he helped us out with many things during our stay. The apartment was clean and charming. Super close to the beach. Felt safe. Recommend.

The location of this apartment is simply unbeatable, just one block from Porto da Barra beach, ideal for enjoying the calm sea without waves. It is a spacious, comfortable space with the charm of old buildings, offering a relaxing stay. Getting there from the airport by Uber is very easy, and its location allows you to comfortably get anywhere in Salvador. Although some appliances could be modernized, the apartment is perfect for a pleasant stay in Barra. Totally recommended!

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

Loved the space and location

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.

I'd like to thank you for the great stay! The space was super comfortable and well located, but the highlight of the holidays was undoubtedly the infinity pool with an amazing view.
