The location of this apartment is simply unbeatable, just one block from Porto da Barra beach, ideal for enjoying the calm sea without waves. It is a spacious, comfortable space with the charm of old buildings, offering a relaxing stay. Getting there from the airport by Uber is very easy, and its location allows you to comfortably get anywhere in Salvador. Although some appliances could be modernized, the apartment is perfect for a pleasant stay in Barra. Totally recommended!

We had an excellent stay in salvador in the middle of the carnival. Building was organized with bracelets for safety etc. Apt with large balcony, kitchen staff. But regardless of all of this, Khris was excellent with us, super understanding, would rent this or any property with it. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful apartment, very functional. The balcony is very nice, with a beautiful visit of both the vegetation (left) and the sea (right). The building is very safe (facial recognition), as well as having breakfast, pharmacy, restaurants on the ground floor. It was a wonderful stay, we will never forget!

Márcia always very fast in response and allowed us a flexible checkin, the apartment was very clean and tidy, the sea view is really stunning, but from the photos we imagined that the space would be bigger. The building's elevator is very old and confusing. The building has a 24-hour gatehouse with very gentle gatekeepers. Overall it was a great experience.

I recently stayed with my family and I only have positive things to say! We really liked the location, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and beach. My 5-year-old daughter loved the little square with a playground next to the building. I felt totally at home. The apartment was spotless and clean.

The environment was as advertised, with cooking utensils, bedding and fresh and fragrant towels. Large space with comfortable rooms, good internet connection. The avenue of the Building is bustling and noisy, but it is not a problem that gets in the way or makes you sleepy. The building is old, but with a certain accessibility, wide doors and elevator from the garage. We took a period of transition from the building access system, but we had a quick return from Allan, who always showed himself attentive and available to help. The parking space of the apto is a little narrow, but it is possible to park in the visiting area. Good value, no doubt would return to another opportunity.lp

The large, cool, safe, quiet apartment, has a swimming pool in the building, playground, great family with children. Receptive porters. Great communication with Denia. The only restriction is that it depends on a car for everything and has no trade nearby.

Tais is hands down one of the best hosts that we’ve had. From her top notch communication to her suggestions on local places to eat and be entertained we cannot say enough about how she’s helped improve our stay here in Salvador! The location is beautifully situated a top a hill where you can see the beautiful landscape of the beach! Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and a very clean and modern apartment to accompany these views. The apartment has dishes and everything you will need to fill comfortable making dinner during long stays. We extended our stay from 4 days to 4 weeks and it’s been worth it. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling and looking for clean, comfortable and a positive host.
