The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

If you are looking for a safe, community- focused place as a base for your visit to Salvador then this is perfect. Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

Great stay! Large and comfortable house, comfortable beds! I'll definitely be back soon! Just as a suggestion, I could improve a little in relation to the cleanliness of the house, I think the time between the departure and arrival of the guests was little to do a more proper cleaning! It's still a great stay!

The house is excellent, and the location is very good. The condominium is well located, close to commerce. The house has a door that gives direct access to the beach. Great for children, bathing in the sea and the shower at home. All well-equipped rooms, not all with air conditioning, but ceiling fan, bed linen and towels. Three bathrooms with shower, one in the suite. A toilet. The person responsible for providing support has always been available to assist with information and services. Good pool and always clean. The kitchen is well equipped, with basic utensil, fridge and freezer. It has no filter, we always buy a gallon of mineral water, it has the support of the gallon. It was an exceptional experience, the house is wonderful. A wonder to sleep with the sound of the sea to the bottom. The suite has a good balcony, the 3rd floor has room to put many mattresses. spacious rooms

I found the place charming. The whole house is equipped. It has a large outdoor area. Next to the beach. You don't need to use a car. For those who like tranquility, it's a perfect place. I intend to return more often.

mr. André's house is excellent, foot in the sand, a beautiful beach, quiet with clean water, the condominium is very organized and quiet. we went in the family, and it was perfect for resting, and having fun between us. the island of Itaparica is simple, it does not offer much, but if you are looking for a house just to rest, away from the mess of the city and with safety... this is the house! we love and we really want to come back other times. Sr André was very receptive and his house is excellent.

I was delighted! I searched for a place to relax as a couple and perfectly fulfilled the purpose. giovanni is extremely kind, requested and concerned about offering the best stay. The neighborhood is not noisy, the backyard is perfect for physical activities, very close to the beach and we were able to go back and forth from Mar Grande. I want to go back now!

We stayed at Rafael’s place for 4 days and it was a wonderful experience! He was very attentive and responded to our needs promptly. His home is also very clean and beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderful, quiet place for you to disconnect from the world and feel the peace it conveys! Impeccable house, complete with everything, clean and smelling towels and sheets, when we arrived at the house had a basket full of useful things that I found very attentive on the part of the hostess and the beach a spectacle apart! The boy who takes care of it super sympathetic, explained everything, left the house all tidy. Peace and tranquility is the perfect description. The beach is close by, and the best time is the afternoon. In the morning you can go to other beaches like Salinas that is very close. The city itself is very small then but it contains everything. The house is all equipped (with pans and simple appliances) TV to watch a movie or listen to a music, network to rest. (Don't forget repellents) There's only one fan there, but it was enough for me. In the most note 10. Intended to rent with family members, it's super worthwhile

It was a wonderful stay, the place is exactly as advertised, very quiet and comfortable. Hosts Bianca and Wagner were very helpful! We hope to return more often for sure because the place won us over!

Andreia is extremely helpful. Always willing to collaborate, responded quickly and all demands were met. The house corresponds to the advertised and, without a doubt, is the best option in the Condominium in which it is located. It is a condominium of simple houses, but that of Andreia stands out. In front of the sea, whose beach is very pleasant. The house is super ventilated and very well equipped. We thank the host for all the hospitality.

Amazing place. We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck as well as multiple restaurants/cafes in the neighborhood, especially Padoca do Carmo and Cade Q'Chama.

The experience with Milena was amazing. She is a welcoming and very helpful host. The space is not very large, but it is very cozy! I loved staying at Milena's house, I would definitely come back!

Comfortable house, met our needs, the beach is beautiful and was close.

Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and everything is very nice. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but those responsible for the guardhouse are very attentive. The path to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low is super quiet, but when it is high it is a little scary (we chose to go to another beach that has a structure of huts that is a 5-minute drive). The only inconvenience was the pool, which was not suitable for use. According to the responsible guy (I don't remember his name now, but he's a super nice, pleasant and helpful guy) she had a problem that was making the water color cloudy. For us it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax for a few days in the midst of nature, it's really worth it!

Awesome place at awesome location. Everything there that is needed, cute attention to details in decoration like fresh ginger plant leaves and a candle. The garden is beautiful with sounds of crickets at night and butterflys to watch at daytime.
