Vacation rentals with a patio in Itaparica Island

I stayed in this apartment during the Carnival of Salvador and had an excellent experience! The property is exactly as described, very well located, comfortable and extremely clean. The view is incredible, and the location made logistics much easier, without losing the tranquility to rest. Luiza was attentive and always available for any questions, ensuring a worry-free stay. In addition, the flat was well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend for those looking for a safe, well located and cost-effective accommodation to enjoy the Carnival in Salvador. I will definitely return!

It is already our second time in the apartment of Fábio e da Sônia. as always everything impeccable, clean, bed sheets and towels sterilized, packaged and always to spare. We can cook in the apartment quietly, wash centrifugar laundry ( important in beach locations and long stays). Mercadinho with the front served us perfectly for emergency situations. All very close by, easy access to app cars. Nearby beaches are wonderful. We used the building's garage this time, and I was super quiet. It's already our second time in the apartment and I'm sure it won't be the last. Whenever we are in Salvador, we will be in this apartment Prontidao of the hosts in the responses is great tbm.

Our stay was excellent! I went with my mother for medical consultations and the apartment met our needs perfectly. It is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the ad. The convenience is great! I already lived in Salvador and knew the region, so this was a priority in the choice, since it was close to most of the clinics we visited. The staff of the lobby were always very polite and cordial. In addition, Dona Tereza was extremely attentive, allowing us to anticipate check-in and staying available for any queries. I recommend it! When we get the chance, we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment! Small, ideal for up to two people. It has all the necessary utensils, it smells good, it's clean and super organized. There were two BIS next to the towels (a treat). It has an airfryer, blender, hairdryer, iron and even Alexa. The bed is also super comfortable. The host is super friendly and proactive. The building has a wonderful rooftop, gym and laundry, and the staff are very helpful. The doorman pointed me to places for breakfast and even asked another employee to pick me up when I got lost. 😅 Nothing to complain about. The apartment is perfect! Next time, I'll definitely try to stay again.

It was all as expected, cozy, very pleasant place, welcoming host and very responsible for the stay, attentive and resolved it was necessary promptly. The place is very pleasant for those who like to sit and the beach is beautiful, only it can not waver with full tide, as on most beaches facing the open sea. The house had everything we needed, everything working, and with quality, we just suffered a little the heat of the summer, because we had no air conditioning at the moment, but we met with fans.

Our experience was amazing! The house is beautiful, super comfortable and close to the beach. The fruit tree stumps make the environment even more special! The shower was essential for hot days, and the balcony with a hammock brought that perfect touch of rest. Mosquitoes appear, but nothing incense can't solve. As the market is a little far away, it's worth taking everything on the first trip. And the beach… simply wonderful! Clear, warm and super calm waters. Lucas was an incredible host! The stay at Cacha Pregos was wonderful. The house corresponded to the listing. Communication with Cynthia was quick and she was super nice and helpful in meeting and greeting us. The street is quiet and from the house you could hear the sound of the sea and in the morning the singing of the birds. We spent special days!

Arthur's house is a dream! The beach at the front is wonderful, the pool, a delight and the spacious rooms. But more than that, it looks like a family house, with everything that someone who even uses the house needs: parasols, pots, dishes, glasses, table games,... all beautiful and in large quantities. It is a great place to go with children: in addition to the pool with a large shallow part and a separate children's pool, the beach is suitable both at high and low tide, with few waves and shallow sea. Valdo, the homemaker, is always around to lend a hand and even harvest some coconuts for us. Communication with Arthur was great, both before and during our stay. I recommend it and plan to come back!

I just spent amazing days with my family at Rodrigo's Airbnb and I only have compliments! The accommodations are extremely comfortable, all air-conditioned suites, and all environments very well organized and clean. Rodrigo was an attentive host, always available for any need. The pool attendant also deserves to be highlighted for his friendliness and care for the pool area, ensuring a pleasant environment for refreshing swims. The location is just perfect! The house is a few meters from a beautiful beach, practically exclusive, as it is not very busy. In addition, the condominium is very safe and well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness and doormen who are always kind and helpful. The region also has markets, pharmacies and other facilities nearby, making the stay even more practical. The house was impeccable, with all the necessary equipment and utensils so that nothing was missing during our stay. I will definitely make a point of coming back!

Wonderful house, 2 floors give privacy for those who want to sleep until later, 1 minute walk from the beach, we stayed all day in bathing suits. Marta is wonderful, she welcomed us very well and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend it!

We had an excellent stay in salvador in the middle of the carnival. Building was organized with bracelets for safety etc. Apt with large balcony, kitchen staff. But regardless of all of this, Khris was excellent with us, super understanding, would rent this or any property with it. Hope to be back soon!

Everything was great with our stay! Armando was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment is located very close to the sea and really looks like the photos.

Me and my husband came the tour especially for the carnival, we had a quiet stay, we were welcomed by the reception, easy access to move around, very good fit, according to the announcement building optimum and quiet. And I would stay for sure again.
