Extremely attentive, careful, always mindful of details from initial communication to closure of stay. Sensational apartment, well located, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and with everything that is needed not only for a timely holiday accommodation, but also to live quietly for months! Super comfortable, clean, with the heated and exclusive pool of the apartment that is a very good differential, garage space that no one will bother by hitting your car or locking you in the spot, for sure when I return to BC I will return to the same place!

One of the best Airbnb stays for our entire 10 day trip travelling across Brazil. We didn’t want to leave. It’s comfortable, VERY spacious and so clean. Everything was perfect, I loved every single little aspect of the property.

Leonardo's apartment is highly recommended. The location on Avenida Brasil is excellent, as it is not very close to the pedestrian area and you can enjoy the shops comfortably. It is very close to the beach and has a Carrefour almost next door. The apartment has too many amenities and they work perfectly, all its services are available to guests. Leonardo and Julio were very communicative and helpful. We had a perfect vacation!!! We will definitely return to Camboriú in this apartment... thank you very much.

i only have to thank Raquel and the family for the flexibility of the schedule so that I could check in a little earlier than expected. sent me a message to know if everything was okay while you were staying at your residence. the house so clean and smelling, I really felt at home, Easter-themed environment, all thought out with great affection. nearby markets and bakery, great for walking. i will definitely return again in the future, I highly recommend.

I went on the trip with one more guest. The cottage is beautiful and clean, super comfortable, complete with utensils and appliances, and identical to the photos in the listing. Very well located, close to supermarkets, bakery and gas stations. Rosane was wonderful, introduced us to the property and the region, kept in touch with us and was very kind and always attentive. Very satisfied with the stay.

From the beginning, Fábio was always very helpful, polite and answered us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it felt like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with utensils. We were comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. Indicate with eyes closed. Congratulations Fabio. Everything was perfect!

I had a great experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, we were well received by Gabriela and her family, who made me feel like I was at home. The hospitality was exceptional, always attentive and willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The house is very cozy, and we really were able to relax and enjoy every moment. The neighborhood is super safe, quiet and very pleasant for walking tours. Without a doubt, it was one of the best stays I have ever had. The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!
