Composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, both with new split air conditioning as well as in the living room. Closed balcony with heiki and gas barbecue. We provide bed and bath linens, a kitchen with an island countertop with all the necessary utensils to feel at home!! It has a washer and dryer, and an easily accessible private garage. In the building, access to the swimming pool and fitness center is allowed.

Just cross the street and you're on the beach, plus shopping and restaurants around... everything can be reached on foot. Fully air-conditioned and well-ventilated apartment with Wi-Fi and a home office environment, fully equipped, including beach chairs, bedding, table and bath linens. Your Pet is very welcome!

It has the largest square footage per apartment in Ed Internacional Residence. My space is good for couples, business travelers, and those who work in a home office. To use the pool, bring a medical examination or do it in the condominium at an approximate cost of R$ 50.00 per person.
