i only have to thank Raquel and the family for the flexibility of the schedule so that I could check in a little earlier than expected. sent me a message to know if everything was okay while you were staying at your residence. the house so clean and smelling, I really felt at home, Easter-themed environment, all thought out with great affection. nearby markets and bakery, great for walking. i will definitely return again in the future, I highly recommend.

I was last week at the house of Thiago and Cinthia , a very nice house, very cool, cozy, with an environment for leisure and games, very good, the house very clean, all that is in the ad is what they really deliver, it's worth it. Everything you need to spend a few days and feel at home, at ease, the house has it. Super attentive hosts and whenever I needed them, they were very helpful and polite. I am a lot of detail and one that caught my attention, it was a welcome note with bonbons. Congratulations Thiago and family for hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space is cozy, very clean and well equipped, ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquility. The location is excellent, close to the beach and local shops, which made our trip much easier. Mr. Erasmo was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to help with any questions and give great tips about the region. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything one expects, and more. Excellent location, and most importantly, Angelita's attention and predisposition for everything you need. Highly recommended.

The property is on the 21st floor, and the building is very well located. It has a covered garage (which fits an SUV). One of the advantages of this property is that it is only 500 meters from the beach and it is easy to do everything in the center on foot, you do not need to leave with the car or pay for parking. The apartment features traditional amenities with a balcony, bedroom, living room, service area and bathroom. Everything works perfectly and with quick responses from the Host. It would return for sure.

Great Location, close to the main shopping avenues, and as there is a lot of difficulty in parking in the center, the Location helps a lot. The apt was impeccable in cleanliness, organization and decor. Antea Esta, I rented another Airbnb, where I had a lot of bad luck with the property ( cockroaches, bad smells, broken furniture) that would end our trip, but finding this Michelli lodging saved our tour and were the last few days from then on. The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!

Apartment with great location, where there is market, restaurant, pharmacy, etc., to walk, a few meters from the beach, Ferris wheel and the Molhe da Barra Norte, employees of the super helpful condominium. Without counting the view of the apartment, which is simply a spectacle apart, it is worth every penny, we intend to return.

The owners were very quick to respond. Everything was very clean and organized. Apartment super new. I would come back !

Apartment just like the photos, very organized and cozy, the view is great for the beach, it is close to everything (market, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping) I will definitely rent with Sandra again
