The very well-equipped apartment I did not miss anything and the building is beautiful, well worth the well worth pool area if we needed something had the market in the building, for those who are on foot the beach is a little distant but you can get away with Uber that is easy to pick up and is not a high value

From the beginning, Fábio was always very helpful, polite and answered us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it felt like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with utensils. We were comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. Indicate with eyes closed. Congratulations Fabio. Everything was perfect!

The stay was wonderful, the space is exactly as informed, very cozy, with several on-site activities to enjoy and relax. The only negative point, which is not in control of the host, was the noise coming from the neighbor, with loud music that spread throughout the day and into the morning, for those who want to rest, disturbed a little, as the noise was heard inside the house. But other than that, the house, the space and the whole structure are impeccable and well worth spending a couple of days as a family on the spot.

I highly recommend Daniel's place, my stay was absolutely excellent! Daniel's communication and instructions are superb, I felt very welcome and cared for, and everything was easy. The building is secure and with excellent amenities and staff, it has a real peaceful neighborhood feeling and the gym, pool, outdoor areas and views are great. The location is excellent, you can walk to the large supermarket and stores, as well as to the main road of the city, and to the beach. The apartment itself has everything you need and good quality, comfortable beds, very effective air conditioning, great facilities. I hope to return one day and enjoy again - this is a great airbnb!

Hi guys, guys! Our experience was wonderful! Congratulations to Rodrigo for welcoming, sympathy and disposition. It was our first time in Balneário Camboriú, but we already intend to go back. The apartment is very comfortable. Although the ad mentions 3 air conditioners, in reality there are two, plus one fan. However, this did not compromise the air conditioning during our stay. I believe that this information will be adjusted to avoid surprises for the next guests. The structure of the condominium is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, and live is even more amazing! As a suggestion, I think the check-out time could be at 12:15, since at 10am it ends up being very early and makes it difficult to enjoy the morning.

It was a very special moment, we really liked the space! We are already referring to friends. The owners are very dear. Right when we arrived I got a migraine and the owner of the space had medicine and thanks to that I was able to better enjoy the space and the moment. I ended up forgetting coffee too and the owner's wife promptly made me coffee to pass! I really appreciated that. We love it and we'll come back

The house was super comfortable, clean and very organized, nothing was missing. All rooms have super modern TVs and air-conditioning working perfectly. The owner thought of everything. We'll definitely be back. Note: it is not a criticism, it is just a point, the refrigerator must be turned on one day before the guests arrive because it takes a while to cool well. Reinforcing, it's not a criticism, just a point to improve even more.

I went with the family, and everyone loved, the cozy house, there is everything in it, close to the beach , just one block, very quiet street, it has a bakery and a 24-hour convenience, as soon as it arrives on the beach there is a small square with countryside. A van a sweetheart , very attentive . I definitely recommend it and will be back again!

Very cozy place, just like the photos. We were very well received by Helder, made us feel good and explained everything very well, super attentive!

Very nice house, spacious and very clean, my family loved it, super polite host and has great communication.

We stayed for 3 nights, it is ideal to go alone or couple. The kitchen is complete, even a mini airfyer and coffee maker connecting with Alexa. It exceeded our expectations, a very quiet and safe place. It has a lake full of fish, wonderful pool, barbecue area, wood-fired oven, well-equipped kitchen, warm water shower, very comfortable room with air conditioning and cleaning was impeccable. Gracielli very attentive, is a lovely person! The children loved the experience and contact with nature. Sure we'll come back again and again. We love! A wonderful energy.
