Fully equipped with all the necessities. It consists of a living room, an open kitchen with a large pantry, three suites, and a wonderful balcony. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour security are available. With direct access to the famous Rua do Mucugè, which can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, without needing to use a car.

Casa duplex with balcony overlooking the sea, within a small condominium of the 9 houses with direct access to Araçaipe Beach through the garden. The condominium has leisure area, barbecue and swimming pool. The place is very quiet and ideal for families and couples to enjoy their vacation. Staying only 30 steps to the beach that becomes a natural pool when the sea is low.
