Cozy full apartment for 2/3 guests, in a beautiful and quiet gated community, very well located in the center of Arraial d'Ajuda, very close to several types of shops and the charming Rua do Mucugê (5 min on foot), and you can leave the car in the parking lot and walk around both during the day and at night!!! The condo is built on an uneven area, so there is a staircase along the way that leads to the apartment (not recommended for the elderly).
