Vacation rentals with a home theater in Istria County

This is the perfect villa if you are looking to relax in a cute cozy small village. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous with so much attention to detail in the decor and decorating. Having individual suites for our group was perfect with just the right amount of privacy yet we still felt close with the open shared kitchen.

Beautiful house, very neat and very clean, it smelled great and it was lovingly decorated. Great communication with Goran who went to great lengths to give us tips for restaurants and was always immediately available! We were a little surprised about the toilet situation as in most rooms there was an open toilet + shower without a door, this was not really apparent from the pictures. Unfortunately, the house is completely unsuitable for small children, lots of tripping hazards, open cables, etc. The most disappointing thing was the upper floor which had neither a door nor a wall around it, it is just an open attic with two beds, that should definitely be included in the description! For 4 couples without children a great house to spend a great vacation upstairs!

My stay at Ana and Vedran's was just fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful – they provided us with great insider tips for the area and were always there for us when we had questions. I highly recommend this place. Tidy apartment with all the necessary amenities and a beautiful large balcony. Check-in was as easy as the communication with the owner :)

Beautiful villa that looked exactly like the photos. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing and was the perfect temperature (in August). Because others had commented about the air conditioning: It works perfectly and despite it being up to 39 degrees outside in the shade, it was nice and cool inside. Alen and Gloria were incredibly nice hosts who always responded immediately and took care of all our needs and gave us very good restaurant recommendations nearby. All in all: 100% recommendable.

Goran and his lovely family have been super understanding and kind hosts! The apartment was awesome, super clean and had everything we could wish for. It‘s a perfect place to enjoy your vacation ! Close enough to the city and beach. All perfect, i would highly recommend it!

A really cool, funky modern cottage that still is one with the environment. Lots of cool quirky touches and fun outdoor games and activities. We used the projector by the pool and the outdoor wood stove was great for cooking. An amazing place to stargaze— at night, the view of the sky in incredible. Close to motovun, but still quite private. Highly recommend!
