The apartment is very functional, clean and you feel good right away "Good vibes". I was able to park every time right in front of the door of the building and the spaces are not rare. Very convenient. I would not hesitate to book again.

We had a really nice stay at Frank's apartment. It was clean, well equipped with everything you'll need, well located, shops very local, and Frank was very helpful and responsive. I'd definitely recommend, and would stay here again when in Paris.

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! Small but very well furnished accommodation (be careful however with the access to the mezzanine which is very steep and quite low at the top). Once this is taken into account, nothing to say, we'll come back if needed!

Dimitri's place was really excellent. It's a very well laid out, organized and bright apartment that made us feel right at home. Dimitri's instructions were really clear, and throughout our entire stay he was really helpful and reactive. We're super happy about our stay!

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Paris. It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to public transportation. The views from the balcony were spectacular!! Isolda is a wonderful hostess. She responded immediately to our questions. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone visiting Paris.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!

It will be our place to stay when we come back to Paris. Great location with quick access to the Metro and amazing view.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Was an amazing few days there, as soon as we arrived they came and showed us how everything worked and had amazing English as we didn’t know much French. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet get away 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I loved this place! It was quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to get into Paris on RER B. I was so comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris! It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My son and I stayed about a week, and had no problems. Beds were comfortable and slept well! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. This is a nice small flat. It is very private and quiet, although it is located on a main street and near the Peripherique. Good connection to public transport. Othmane provided good instructions on how to get the keys and how to get into the flat.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
