The building is secure (armored door) and the neighborhood very quiet. Lots of shops are close by (casino, Carrefour, etc.). Every Sunday there is the Clichy market which is friendly and filled with artisans from all over France. The nearest metro station (3 minutes) is "Mairie de Clichy" line 13.
