We are delighted to invite you to discover this haven of peace near the Ardèche region. The cottage (2 to 4 people), has been created in a converted building on a typical village perched in the hills above the Cèze Valley. The Provençal style has been preserved. The 55m² cottage comprises: a living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen and access to a terrace with a table; one bedroom (queen-size bed); and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The 2 bedrooms can accommodate 5 people, are not interconnected, and open directly onto the patio. Do you like to swim? The swimming pool is 12 m long. Do you like pétanque? The court is right there. The 'Puits Saint-André', property with pool

The house is close to the river, shops, restaurants, hills. It has a large living room–kitchen of nearly 50 square meters connected to the 30-m² terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, three toilets (one separate), three air-conditioned bedrooms, and very comfortable beds. The pool, the Mediterranean garden, and the pétanque court are shared with our second cottage located on the property. The house is perfect for families and groups of friends.

Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
