Apartment located in a quiet area, easy to find, very clean, tidy and welcoming. Carlo is a very helpful host who was on time at check-in. Really a pleasant stay, highly recommended!

We loved staying at the Santa Lucia Farmhouse and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting this region. The property itself is incredible. We loved the sunsets over the Tuscan hills and hanging out near the pool during sunset gave us incredible photos of the sun reflecting off of the water. We loved walking outside of the property to explore the beauty along the road as well. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is new and has everything you need to cook from home. The views from each window were beautiful as well. Francesca's recommendations in the guidebook were very helpful too for days when we went out into Asciano or the towns nearby. We visited Siena and Arezzo during our stay and had a lot of fun exploring these towns and then coming home to the peaceful farmhouse. Also notable is that Francesca made the check-in process super easy with short videos of how to get inside the property. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Francesca!

Do not hesitate to book this place!! The flat is just perfect for a single person or couple and Francesco and Giuliana are the best, most kind, and lovely hosts while always respecting your privacy. I fell in love with their dog, Pepe, and the myriad of cats that were around to say hello. The flat itself is super clean and well-equipped. Everything you could need is there. The wifi was solid enough for video calls too, if you're working remote. The environment is so tranquil, it was a luxury to come back to after day trips out to different towns and spots in Tuscany (but also to note very well-suited if you want to visit Siena, Montepulciano, Florence, etc. Only 30 min - 1.5 hour drive for all of these places.) Francesco and Guiliana are beyond wonderful, and you can tell their bee farm (and delicious honey!) is a lifelong act of love and care for their environment and guests.

Beautiful house on the Tuscan hills, a great base for relaxing and visiting Siena and its wonderful surroundings. Francesca is fantastic, super kind and welcoming, she made us feel right at home, making us find everything we needed and more. In addition, he gave us valuable tips to make the most of our vacation. The kids had fun playing in the beautiful private outdoor space. The house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Everything is particularly well-kept and nothing is missing. We had a great time and we will definitely come back to visit Francesca and her father Franco, with whom it was very pleasant to chat.
