Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Small, fine apartment

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is about 70 m². It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs 15 euros extra. There is a large bedroom with a 140 x 200 + 90 x 200 bed. There is also a fold-out sofa bed 180 x 200 cm in the living room. The living room is equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and with a TV, stereo system, a wood-burning stove and a dining table.

Welcome to our lovingly converted barn loft – a special place for community and relaxation, whether family reunions or a weekend with friends The bright, open hall offers a unique atmosphere: rustic, modern and cozy at the same time. The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven and large refrigerator invites you to cook together. Outside, a large terrace awaits you in the middle of nature. There you can sit by the fire and also use the grill.

Sandra's apartment in the countryside

Ahegg is located at an altitude of 850 m to 1000 m and is a climatic health resort. In about 500 m there is a very nice pond that invites you to swim and in winter to ice skate. The Allgäu circular bike path leads directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful opportunities for winter sports and hikes. By car you are in approx. 15 minutes in the city of Kempten, which invites you to enjoy nice restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and terrace with barbecue are also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house. Idyllic log cabin

Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
