Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance in a new development area. Construction work is currently taking place on the neighboring property! The price varies by number of guests. It applies to the indicated number of guests. Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm, each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) and also the surrounding nature are generally within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The tourist tax will be calculated after booking and collected onsite.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Our tiny house is perfect: - for lovers of minimalist design - for passengers of Memmingen Airport - for transit passengers (located at the A96 and A7 motorway junctions) - for guests who want to get to know the beautiful Unterallgäu (e.g. Memmingen or the basilica in Ottobeuren) - as a starting point for day trips in the region, e.g. Skyline Park (30 km), Kempten (Allgäu) (45 km), Lindau on Lake Constance (75 km), Legoland (80 km) or Neuschwanstein Castle (87 km)

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Beautiful new basement apartment (50 m²) to relax and unwind in Beuren, a suburb outside the city of Isny in the Allgäu. From here you can start a hiking tour in the Allgäu Alps or explore the Allgäu by bike. You can cool off on warm summer days at the nearby Badsee Beuren. In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower.

Enjoy a stay in our Masionetten apartment with balcony and mountain view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for up to two adults and one child. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

Sweet Old Town apartment

The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny im Allgäu. Public parking (extra charge) is nearby (e.g. at the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and bakeries, clothing stores, bars and a cinema are also very close. Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country ski trails start in the village and are well-signposted.

A beautiful construction trailer, which we have completely built from the frame, cozy and with attention to detail, ideal for 1 to 2 people. The construction trailer is equipped with a complete kitchen including hot water and a fridge and is heated with a wood-burning stove. Next to it is the toilet and the outdoor shower to be heated with wood in the open air.
