Monthly Rentals in Ismaninger Speichersee

I'm staying in this hotel for a couple of months and can tell that everything is as described. Clean, nice and new. Only strange thing is that management really doesn't care about their guests. In every other hotel they were trying to keep me as long as possible. Here, no one cares and because of that they already lost regular bookings from a couple of my colleagues and quite possible (in near future) from me.

A relaxing and beautiful place with a view of the horses. The accommodation is very well-kept. You can tell it was made with love. It is easy to access. We plan to return without any problem. The people are very welcoming. I recommend this accommodation for those looking for peace and quiet and a walk. Thank you for making our stay super enjoyable.

We enjoyed very much a few months stay in Margaretha's very cosy and convenient flat in the peaceful village Ismaning. The apartment is nice and clean, facing south with lots of natural light from outside sun, very good heating in wintertime, nice and spacey balcony, good kitchen with very powerful electric stove, washing machine in the basement works on 50c coins. The surroundings is very peaceful, safe and tidy, Edeka supermarket and bus stop right across the street, public transport to München very easy and frequent, private parking at the doorstep, and specially a really wonderful forest walking path along the Isar river nearby. Margaretha is super kind host always willing to help and can give you lots of good recommendations to explore the beauties of Bavaria. We would definitelly love to come back again!

I had a great experience! Everything was great. The location was easy to locate, and the instructions were clear, which made the “check in” very easy. It was wonderfully quiet nearby and the shops, train/bus and restaurants were within walking distance. In addition, everything was incredibly clean. All in all a great place! Definitely recommended!!
